Return & refund policies
At Squash Experts, we want you to be entirely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you wish to return an item, we will provide you with an exchange, or refund, as long as the conditions listed below are respected. In the rare occurrence that your order is damaged, contact us right away by following the link, or at info@squashexperts.com and we will make it right as quickly as we can !
Change of Heart Refunds
Here are the conditions if you change your mind after receiving an item and wish to return it:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- We do not cover the return shipping fees on change of heart returns.

Once we receive your message, we will quickly contact you and you will be notified if your demand is pre approved or not. If pre-approved, customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Customer can pick shipping carrier of his choice as long as a tracking number can be provided.
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return and we'll let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If merchandise comes back to us damaged, an appropriate amount could be held from the refund. Customer returning product must make sure it is packaged properly to protect it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and take pictures if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If approved, we will provide you a shipping label so you can return the damaged item free of charge. You will be eligible for an exchange of the same value, or a full refund.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped. Change of Heart or Damaged item return policies apply.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
